Raisins

Raisins are dried grapes. This drying process concentrates both the nutrients and sugars present in grapes, making raisins nutrient and calorie-dense. Raisins are a good source of soluble fiber, which aids our digestion. It is also a great source of vitamin A.

Garlic

Garlic is a plant in the Allium (onion) family. It is closely related to onions, shallots, and leeks. Each segment of a garlic bulb is called a clove. Our resources includes skilled and efficient crop cultivators who harvest their crops in top quality soils. The origin of these natural white sesame seeds are from the top quality soils.
