Shipping & Returns

• The shipment shall be executed post agreement on payment and delivery terms

• The shipment to international boundaries is non-returnable and a maximum discount of 5% on invoice value shall be given for same.

• In case the buyer wants to return the goods the buyer has to bear all shipping expenses

from the country goods were dispatched up to the buyer's location and all charges for return of goods up to the origin port with all govt duties/taxes and penalties.
