Terms & Condition

• All Business is Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

• All Payment to be made as per agreed terms.

• Delay in payment beyond agreed term will attract 24% per annum delay charges on goods+freight value.

Cancellation Policy

• In case the buyer cancels goods post confirmation of Purchase order / Price confirmed, 50% penalty of Goods Value shall be levied on the buyer.

• Any advance provided by the buyer shall stand forfeit upon cancellation.
